Leminar Rectangular Ducts are available in the following construction:-
Galvanized Construction :- Leminar’s GI rectangular ducts are fabricated from hot dipped galvanized sheets in accordance with ASTM A 653, Lock forming quality with G90 / Z27 (275 grams / m2 ) zinc coating.
Aluminium Ducts:-Leminar’s Aluminium ducts are fabricated from aluminium sheets of AA1100/Equal grade of sheets with Hemmed ‘S’ & Drive ‘C’ cleats or flanged type transverse joints.
Mild / Black Steel and Stainless Steel :-can be fabricated with upto 3mm sheet thickness with fully welded longitudinal and transverse joints for airtight and watertight joints

CGF-1 Integral Flange System
Leminar has revolutionized the ducting industry by introducing GI ductwork which is produced on a fully automated duct line with CGF 1 integral flange system increasing productivity. The flanges are produced from the same sheet and form an integral part of the duct itself. The longitudinal seam for the straight duct is closed on the same coil line which gives an excellent quality of lockseam joint.
Benefits of CGF1 Integral Flange System
- Reduced leakage providing excellent energy savings to the client, better equipment efficiency and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ).
- The CGF 1 Flange system does not require any rivets for fixing the flanges which gives an unobstructed airflow. Also, as the internal surface is smooth hence there is less accumulation of dust.
- The inherent strength of the CGF1 integral flange complies to Low, Medium and High pressure ducts with minimal joint deflection.
- Ducts are tested, certified and approved as per DW/TM1 scheme of rectangular cross flow / transverse joints of the Ductwork standard DW144 in all parameters by BSRIA-UK.
